DIY Delicious Smoothies

I make these smoothies as often as I can so here is what I use. They’re a great way to stay healthy and refreshed at the same time and they are soooo good!! 🙂

Strawberry Sunrise:

  • Plain non-fat yoghurt
  • Banana
  • Orange Juice (Natural)
  • Strawberries
  • Nuts, Vitamins (you can add these supplements is you wanted to)

Very Berry:

  • Raspberries
  • Low Fat Milk
  • Cherries
  • Flaxseed
  • Supplements can be added too.

Strawberry-Kiwi

  • Apple juice
  • Banana
  • Kiwi Fruit
  • Strawberries
  • Nuts
