I make these smoothies as often as I can so here is what I use. They’re a great way to stay healthy and refreshed at the same time and they are soooo good!! 🙂
- Plain non-fat yoghurt
- Orange Juice (Natural)
- Nuts, Vitamins (you can add these supplements is you wanted to)
- Low Fat Milk
- Supplements can be added too.
- Apple juice
- Kiwi Fruit
